Sage House is a sober living community designed to support and maintain an alcohol and drug free life. Our structure is based on therapeutic community and social model environments. We aim to inspire, motivate, and encourage progressive growth.Sage House transitional living facilities are located in the heart of Eureka, close to historic Old Town, shopping, restaurants, and minutes away from beautiful redwoods and coastal beaches of the Pacific Northwest.

Everyone deserves a second chance! At Sage House, we work with you on an individual basis. Our friendly and caring on site managers have extensive experience and are always available. A qualified addiction counselor is also available on call 24/7 and will meet with each resident once a week or as needed.
Community Living
Sage House provides a healthy foundation to grow from, beginning with a clean, comfortable place to live and recover with utilities and basic needs met. Includes bedding, laundry, high speed Internet, cable, phone, and amenities. We strive to keep residential fees affordable and work with everybody on an individual basis.
